PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extremely high cost of electricity, we operate a fair usage policy on the electricity, like most properties in Cyprus. This allows a more than adequate amount of electricity for your stay, but meters are read upon arrival and departure and any surplus usage will be charged. However, to date this has never had to be done.
