This is a well equipped modern villa with stunning mountain views. It is in a quiet location on a no-through road, only 10 minutes from Kyrenia town centre and harbour.

Sunshine Villa offers stunning views of mountains and Bellapais Abbey, and also a view of the sea which is only 5 minutes away.

It has a large private overflow swimming pool with Roman steps, and olive groves to front and rear.

There is also a roof terrace providing beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and sea, and which also has a large built in barbecue.

Sunshine Villa is a bungalow-style house with no internal stairs and so is wheelchair friendly and suitable for disabled persons. There is off road parking on a drive with a ramp for wheelchairs.

A large private garden is well screened by exotic trees and plants, providing privacy, set in approximately half an acre. The garden is full of mature fruit trees and exotic flowers, including fig, olive, plum, mullberry, orange and lemon. Guests are welcome to pick and eat the fruit which are all organic.
