Located in a very popular quite area on the outskirts of Catalkoy village. Just outside the romantic harbour town of Kyrenia, yet within walking distance into the village and only a few minutes walk from some of the most popular restaurents and bars on this beautiful, sunny island.

Other facilities within a few minutes walk include, the supermarket, shops, pharmacy and bus stop (with regular buses into town- approx 10 minutes away)

GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - The villa is located approx 12 minutes drive from the fabulous new championship 18 hole Korineum Golf and Country Club, which has amazing facilities including bars, restaurants, spa and beauty centre, all open to non-members. Great place to watch the sunset across the green and sea, from the bar balcony.

The villa is fully equipped throughout, with comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen has all the usual mod cons in a luxury kitchen, including a dishwasher, large american style fridge/freezer, duel fuel hob, oven, extractor, expresso coffee machine, juicer, microwave, electric blender, kettle, toaster, etc.

All rooms have split air conditioning units, for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.

Please note there is also a baby cot available at the villa.

The villa also has a Sony PS2 with approximately 20 games. It also has board games, books and magazines, plus a DVD library for the guests use (approx 100 DVDs to choose from). There is also a TV and satellite system at the villa with most international channels including english.

This beautiful villa has fantastic mountain and sea views and is set within a lush garden with many exotic flowers and fruit trees. GUEST ARE WELCOME TO PICK THE FRUIT, WHICH ARE ALL ORGANIC. These include 4 different varieties of fig trees, pomegranate, peaches, nectarines, new world fruit, grapes, oranges, mulberry, plum, olives and the carobs off the 300 year old carob tree (which the villa was named after).
